Week 3

The third week is has already passed. This week started out good for me. Been going to my internship from 9:00am-5:00pm. I also travel 1 hour there and 1 hour back, because I’m interning in a small town called Gavà. I also finally have a steady schedule and I’m starting to understand what my job is and which child is who. The kids already are very enthusiastic when I stand in the group. I have been singing songs from my youth. Like 5 little monkeys, incy Wincy, twinkle little star. I’m also understanding Spanish better. Speaking back is still not so easy. I learned this week that look over here ‘Mirar’ is. After a kid keeps saying it. On Thursday I started feeling a little bit sick and since that day I have a cold. So that’s not so fun. This weekend is festival weekend in Barcelona. So there are a lot of different activities in the city. Saturday we went shopping on the la ramblas and went out to eat. Sunday we went to the Tibidabo mountain and went to a Catholic Church called temple expiatori del sagrat cor. After that to end the weekend we went to eat lunch by Oma bistro. 

I feel like every week the time goes by so fast. There is so much to do and see and so little time during the week because of the 34 hours of work and 10 hours of traveling in the week. I also feel like I have no time to start on my school work. But I will be starting on it tomorrow because of a free day.
